No. You can sign up and use ConnectPOS for 15 days without entering your credit card details. When you decide on a plan at the end of your trial, you will need to enter your credit card details.

We accept Credit card and Paypal. If you want to wire transfer the money, please contact our support team.

You can trial ConnectPOS with no commitment. If you choose to activate your account to a paid plan, you can choose to pay monthly or annually, and can cancel at any time. There is no commitment and no long-term contracts.

Sure! You can change at any time to whatever plan best suits your needs. Please note that if you adjust the plan, the new plan will be applied immediately after you complete the payment. The outstanding amount of the old plan (if any) will be processed as follows:

– For monthly subscription: the outstanding amount won’t be refunded to store credit so we strongly recommend that you wait until the end of the current billing cycle to change the plan.

– For yearly subscription: the outstanding amount, calculated based on the remaining months, will become store credits. The store credits will be used for the next billing cycle.

Yes. If you think that ConnectPOS isn’t the one for your business, you can simply cancel your account.
